Refund Policy

At Niveus we stand behind our products and quality assurance. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Niveus™ product you purchased directly from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How To Claim 

To initiate requests for returns or refunds, please contact customer service at orders@niveus.com.  If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product, a proof of purchase, and a return authorization number. Typically, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment. 

The following terms and conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. 
  • You must use the return label provided by Niveus to return your product.
  • You are responsible for cost incurred in mailing your product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Open product returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product.
  • Once a request is approved, the return items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days. 
  • Refunds will not be issued until the returned product has been delivered with the Niveus provided return label. 

For purchases from authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners, please visit the original point of sale and follow their policies. 

30-Day Guarantee Guidelines

Niveus reserves the right to verify information and to deny return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Niveus 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
