Shipment Processing Times
We take great pride in our ability to process orders quickly. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipments may occur on the weekends, but subject to change during holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of order please allow for an additional 7-10 days for order processing. We will communicate any changes via email.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UPS 3-5 business days (domestic)
USPS 2-5 business days (domestic)
10-14 business days (international)
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs & Duties on International Orders
Smile Bloom does not assume responsibility for any customs and duty fees for international orders.
Damages
Smile Bloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Smile Bloom accepts no responsibility for lost or stole items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
